HOW WE FOSTER AN INCLUSIVE WORKPLACE
Our long-term commitment to an inclusive workplace is guided by a strategic framework designed to support our people and advance business priorities. Our strategy focuses on talent advocacy and talent development, as well as strengthening community partnerships.
We invest in talent advocacy programs such as mentorship, sponsorship, and coaching, in collaboration with organizations that reflect our Inclusion, Diversity, and Belonging values, to support the professional growth of all employees. We also invest in development and education programs for managers and employees to strengthen inclusive behaviors and evolve our culture.
Together, these efforts foster a more inclusive workplace while enhancing employee engagement, growth, and overall organizational effectiveness.
CULTIVATING A CULTURE OF BELONGING WITH OUR EMPLOYEE RESOURCE GROUPS
Our eight Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) contribute to an inclusive and connected workplace by supporting professional development, community engagement, and employee connection. Participation is voluntary, and all employees are welcome to join any ERG regardless of background or personal characteristics. ERGs drive engagement through a range of activities, including development-focused discussions, mentoring opportunities, cultural awareness events, volunteer initiatives, and community partnerships. These efforts foster connection, continuous learning, and collaboration across teams and locations.
ERG activities included:

Professional development and mentoring, such as speaker sessions,coaching conversations, book discussions, and cross-ERG mentoring opportunities.

Community engagement, including volunteer activities and partnerships with local organizations aligned to community needs.

Employee connection and awareness, through educational sessions,cultural observances, and informal opportunities for employees to connect across functions and locations.
Across all ERGs, these efforts support employee engagement and development while reinforcing a workplace culture grounded in respect, inclusion, and shared purpose.
